Khushhal Singh, born on April 25, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English Literature. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Commissioner, Registrar, Additional District Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, and Deputy Secretary in the Department of Home, Rajasthan. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan from July 1, 1990, to April 1, 1992. Singh’s service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the Rajasthan government.
