Khushboo Gupta, born on September 11, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. She holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi. Currently, she is the District Collector at Mahabubnagar, a position she has held since February 26, 2026. Prior to this, she served as a Project Officer. Khushboo is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
