Khursheed Ali Qadri, born on 15 October 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Science from Kashmir University and an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from Jamia Hamdard University. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate at Hooghly, West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 October 2025. His previous roles include Additional District Magistrate, Sub Divisional Officer, Officer on Special Duty, Assistant Secretary, and District Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Kashmiri, and Bengali. Khursheed Ali Qadri continues to serve in the IAS.
