Khemraj Choudhary, born on January 1, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics, a Diploma in Management, and a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Principal Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary, Special Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Managing Director, Deputy Secretary, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Commissioner at the Commercial Taxes Department in Jaipur, Rajasthan, from May 8, 2012, to December 31, 2018.
