Khempal Singh, born on July 10, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics from MJP Rohilkhand University. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Transport Department, a position he has held since December 8, 2022. Previously, he served as an Additional District Magistrate. Mr. Singh continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh through his dedicated service.
