Khatravath Ravinder Naik, born on 12 May 1965, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering. Currently, he serves as Principal Secretary and Director in the Administrative Reforms Department at Lucknow since 14 November 2021. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Telugu, and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
