Khalid Aizaz Anwar, born on 15 November 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Currently serving as Secretary in the Finance Department since 17 March 2020, Anwar has previously held positions including Excise Commissioner and Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of West Bengal.
