Khalendra Mochhary, born on March 1, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours degree in Political Science from the University of North Bengal. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and First Land Acquisition Collector. His most recent position was Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department from January 1, 2015, to February 28, 2017.
