Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and First Land Acquisition Collector. His most recent position was Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department from January 1, 2015, to February 28, 2017. Mochhary’s service reflects his long-standing commitment to administrative roles within the West Bengal government.
