Kesingh, born on July 1, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Rajasthan cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Department of Industry. His most recent designation was Deputy Secretary at Rajasthan, a position he held from July 1, 1996, to June 30, 1997. Throughout his career, Kesingh contributed to the administrative framework of Rajasthan before retiring from service.
