Keshvendra Kumar, born on 31 December 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 Kerala cadre. He holds a Master of Arts in Hindi and a Bachelor of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, New Delhi, since 1 January 2026. His previous roles include Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, State Project Director, District Magistrate, Sub Collector, Assistant Collector, Managing Director, Director, and Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Kumar continues to serve in the IAS.
