Keshvendra Kumar, born on 31 December 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) at New Delhi since 1 January 2026. He has previously held the position of Secretary. Keshvendra is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration under the Government of India.
