Keshav Saran Verma, born on January 4, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English and a postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Municipal Commissioner, Commissioner, Managing Director, District Collector, Additional Commissioner, General Manager, and Assistant Collector. From October 2, 1997, to September 7, 2004, he was the Sector Manager in Gujarat. He also worked with the World Bank in Washington DC.
