Keshav Ranjan Prasad, born on February 1, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Department of Public Administration and held the designation of Secretary from June 11, 2018. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
