Keshav Kumar Pathak, born on 15 January 1968, is a 1990 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.Phil. in Economics. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, New Delhi, since 14 September 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub-Divisional Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Transport Commissioner, Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Secretary, and Additional Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Pathak continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service with extensive experience across multiple administrative roles.
