Keshav Hingonia, born on 27 August 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary Social Security at Punjab in the Department of Women and Child Development since 9 January 2024. His previous roles include Special Secretary and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. Keshav is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Punjab.
