Keshav Chandra, an IAS officer of the 1995 batch from the A G M U T cadre, was born on 06/10/1969. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Fluent in English and Hindi, he has served as the Chief Secretary at the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
