Keshav Chandra, born on October 6, 1969, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History, an M.A. in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Currently, he serves as the Chairperson of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) since October 30, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Chief Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Secretary, CEO, and Chief Electoral Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
