Keshari Nath Jha, born on December 27, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Director, Joint Secretary, and District Collector and Magistrate. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Backward Classes Welfare Department, from July 2, 2007, to December 31, 2007. Throughout his career, Jha contributed to administrative functions within the Bihar cadre before retiring from service.
