Kesar Lal Meena, born on July 31, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, serving in the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Currently, he is a Member at the Board of Revenue, Ajmer, Rajasthan, a position he has held since November 25, 2025. His previous roles include Additional Director and Ex-Officio Joint Secretary to the Government, as well as Additional Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Rajasthan.
