Kesang Dicki Rechung, born on March 10, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, she is the Secretary at Sikkim in the Ecclesiastical Department, a position she has held since February 2, 2026. Kesang has previously served as Secretary. She continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Sikkim.
