Kesang Dicki Rechung, born on March 10, 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Sikkim cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, she is the Secretary at Sikkim in the Ecclesiastical Department, a position she has held since February 2, 2026. Prior to this, she has also served as Secretary. Kesang Dicki Rechung continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
