Keerthi Vasan V, born on December 3, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from NIT Trichy and an M.A. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate of Ganjam, Odisha, a position he has held since July 22, 2025. Prior to this, he was appointed as CDO-cum-EO. Keerthi Vasan V continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
