Kavya C, born on 12 August 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, allocated to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech degree. Kavya has served as Assistant Magistrate/Assistant Collector and is currently appointed as Joint Magistrate at Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 19 July 2025. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
