Kaushlendra V Singh, born on July 2, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Medieval Indian History from the University of Allahabad. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Bhopal in the Chief Minister's Office since April 10, 2026. His previous roles include District Magistrate & Collector, Managing Director, Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, and Assistant Collector. Proficient in English and Hindi, Kaushlendra V Singh continues to contribute to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
