Kaushik Halder, born on 27 August 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. During his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Additional Secretary, and Excise Commissioner. Most recently, he was appointed Secretary of the School Education Department, West Bengal, effective from 20 August 2024.
