Kaushal Kishore, born on 27 December 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.D. in Radio Pathology. Currently, he is the Secretary at the Department of Youth, Employment and Skills Development, Bihar, a position he has held since 11 December 2025. His previous roles include Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Commissioner, and Director. Proficient in English and Hindi, Kaushal Kishore continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative leadership within Bihar.
