Kaushal Kishore, born on 27 December 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.D. in Radio Pathology. Currently, he serves as the Secretary at Bihar in the Department of Youth, Employment and Skills Development, a position he has held since 11 December 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner and Director. Kishore is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
