Katta Simhachalam, born on 16 May 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in English from Andhra University and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the CEO at the Andhra Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board since 21 September 2025. Previously, he held the position of Project Officer. He has been recognized with the Best Performing Electoral Registration Officer State Level Award. Katta Simhachalam continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
