Katta Simhachalam, born on 16 May 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in English from Andhra University and a Master of Arts in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the CEO of the Khadi and Village Industries Board, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 21 September 2025. Previously, he worked as a Project Officer. He has been recognized with the Best Performing Electoral Registration Officer State Level Award. Katta Simhachalam continues to serve in the IAS.
