Kasturi Sengupta, born on October 2, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds an M.Sc. in Plant Physiology from the University of Calcutta. During her career, she served as Commissioner and later as Secretary at Hooghly, West Bengal, a position she held from March 14, 2018. Her service in the IAS reflects her commitment to administrative roles within the West Bengal cadre.
