Kashi Nath Behera, born on 15 September 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 West Bengal cadre. He holds degrees in Economics, Political Science (P.G.), and an LL.B. in Law. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Assistant Collector, Director, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Principal Secretary, and Member Secretary. His most recent position was Election Commissioner from 12 December 2012 to 30 September 2014. He was associated with the Co-operative Department during his service.
