Kartikeya Misra, born on 21 September 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. from BITS Pilani and a Postgraduate Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently, he serves as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since 1 January 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, Joint Managing Director, Chairman & Managing Director, Sub Collector, and Officer on Special Duty to Minister. He has been recognized with the Best e-Government Initiative award by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
