Kartikeya Misra, born on 21 September 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. from BITS Pilani and a Postgraduate Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad. Currently, he serves as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since January 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, Joint Managing Director, Chairman & Managing Director, Sub Collector, and Officer on Special Duty to Minister. He has received the Best e-Government Initiative award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
