Karthikeyan S, born on 18 April 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy from Madras University. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Kolhapur, Maharashtra, since 20 March 2024, within the Zilla Panchayat department. His previous roles include Project Officer, Assistant Collector and SDO, Assistant Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer Z.P. Karthikeyan has been recognized by the Asian Institute of Transportation Development for Developing and Managing SETU. He is proficient in Hindi and Marathi and continues to serve in the IAS.
