Karnati Varunreddy, born on November 5, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai. Currently, he is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Telangana State Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGNPDCL), a position he has held since December 12, 2023. Karnati Varunreddy continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Telangana state.
