Karnail Singh, born on 21 September 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 Punjab cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner and Additional Managing Director. Most recently, he held the position of Additional Secretary in the Department of Employment and Training from 15 May 2024 to 11 July 2024.
