Karma R Bonpo, born on 30 August 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, assigned to the Sikkim cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from Delhi University and an M.B.A. from IIM Ahmedabad. Throughout his career, he has served as Secretary and District Collector. Currently, he is the Director at Census Operations (DCO) / Citizen Registration (DCR) in New Delhi, a position he has held since 14 April 2026. He is proficient in Bhutia and English. Karma R Bonpo continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
