She holds a B.Sc. in Forensic Science from Maharashtra University College. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Zilla Parishad in Jalgaon. Her previous roles include Additional Municipal Commissioner and Project Officer-cum-Assistant Collector. Karishma Nair continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and development within her cadre.
