Karam Singh, born on January 1, 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Punjab cadre. He served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Secretary, Member, and Director. His most recent position was Deputy Commissioner from April 2, 2007, to December 31, 2007. He also held the role of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. A graduate by education, Karam Singh dedicated his career to public service within the Indian Administrative Service until his retirement.
