Kapase Yogesh Shivkumar, born on 24 January 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication and an M.A. in Public Administration. Kapase has served in various capacities including Project Director, Assistant Collector, and Supernumerary Assistant Collector. Since 10 February 2025, he has been serving as the District Development Officer at Bharuch. He is proficient in Hindi and Gujarati. Currently, he continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
