Kanwal Bir Singh Sidhu, born on 21 December 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Punjab cadre. He served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Labour Commissioner, Managing Director, and Additional Textile Commissioner. He held multiple roles as Special Secretary and Project Director. His most recent position was Secretary of the Health Department from 28 July 2006 to 31 December 2008. Throughout his career, Sidhu contributed to the administrative framework of Punjab before retiring from service.
