Kanti Lal Dande, born on October 2, 1968, is a 1999 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. and postgraduate qualifications. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Environment, Forest, Science and Technology Department of Andhra Pradesh since September 8, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Assistant Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Project Officer, Additional Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Collector, and Principal Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
