Kanishka, born on March 6, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Karnataka cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from BITS Pilani. Currently, he is the Additional Commissioner at the Commercial Taxes Department in Bengaluru, Karnataka, a position he has held since July 30, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Assistant Commissioner. Kanishka continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
