Kandarkar Kamalkishor Deshbhushan, born on 24 December 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kohlapur. Currently, he serves as the Chief Development Officer at Muzaffar Nagar, a position he assumed on 15 April 2025. He is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
