Kamta N Prasad, born on July 8, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the Environment, Forests and Wildlife Department, holding the position of Special Secretary from November 1, 1997, to July 31, 2000. His career includes roles as Director, Joint Secretary, and Additional Commissioner.
