Kameshwar Prasad Singh, born on July 1, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Agriculture Department, holding the position of Joint Secretary from March 27, 2003, to June 30, 2005. A graduate by education, Singh dedicated his career to public service within the IAS framework.
