Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Orissa State Disaster Mitigation Authority (OSDMA) since January 6, 2025, he has previously held the position of Collector and District Magistrate. With a career dedicated to public service within the Odisha cadre, Mishra continues to contribute to the state's administrative functions.
