Kamal Kumar Pal, born on January 17, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch of the West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Finance Department, a role he held from January 15, 2008, to January 31, 2009. Throughout his career, Pal contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until his retirement.
