Kamal Kishore Soan, born on 25 March 1969, is a 1998 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree and is currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Jal Shakti, New Delhi, since 3 January 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Director, Registrar, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Settlement Officer, District Magistrate, District Collector, and Project Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Kamal Kishore Soan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
