Kamal Kishor Yadav, born on 24 September 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. and a B.Sc. in Mathematics. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Punjab's General Administration Department since 6 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, Administrative Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer. He was awarded the President of India Silver Medal and Certificate of Honour for Census 2011. Kamal Kishor Yadav is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
