Kamal Kishor Yadav, born on 24 September 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. and a B.Sc. in Mathematics. Currently serving as Secretary at Punjab’s General Administration Department since 6 March 2026, Yadav has held numerous positions including Administrative Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Joint Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, and Special Secretary. He has been awarded the President of India Silver Medal and Certificate of Honour for Census 2011. Proficient in English and Hindi, he continues to serve in the IAS with a diverse administrative background.
