Kamal Kant Saroch, born on 24 February 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and an MBA. Currently, he is the CEO at HIMURJA, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 1 August 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Director. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Himachal Pradesh.
