Kalyaneshwar P Bakshi, born on November 10, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and a B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary at Mumbai, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, Joint Managing Director, Senior Regional Manager, District Collector, CEO, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of Home Affairs, Maharashtra. Mr. Bakshi’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government.
