Kalyan Sahai Meena, born on July 1, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.Com. Currently, he is the Special Secretary (Urban Development) at the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), a position he has held since August 22, 2022. Mr. Meena continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to urban development initiatives in New Delhi.
