Kalpana Kumari, born on February 4, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, she serves as the Additional Secretary in the Agriculture Department at Patna, a position she assumed on October 20, 2024. Ms. Kumari continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework within her cadre.
