Kalpana Kumari, born on November 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Delhi. Currently, she serves as the Joint Collector at Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh, a position she has held since January 13, 2026. Prior to this, she was a Managing Director. Kalpana Kumari continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
