Kalipada Das, born on 28 May 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch of the West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary of the Consumer Affairs Department, a role he held from 31 January 2013 to 31 May 2014. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administrative functions of the department until his retirement.
